Returns and Complaints

 

  1. How will I know when my order is shipped? 

You will receive an order confirmation email from us with details of your purchase along with shipping details and a tracking number. 

  1. How much do you charge for shipping?

We levy a nominal shipping charge based on the weight of the product. On an average, a single product can incur a charge of Rs.100. If your order is above Rs. 3500 then you will get free shipping on it. 

  1. Do you offer international shipping?

 Currently, we do not offer international shipping but plan to do so in a few months. 

  1. When should I expect my shipment to be delivered?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours after which most courier companies usually take 3-5 business days to make a delivery.

  1. Can I change the address to which I want products to be delivered?

You can change the delivery address by contacting our Customer Service at [email protected] before the order gets verified. The delivery address cannot be changed after you receive a confirmation email.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

You may submit a cancellation request for your order by sending an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. 

  1. Can I return an order?

We currently do not accept returns or offer cash refunds for a purchase. However, you may exchange a product within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  1. Explain the return process?

Our customer care team is happy to assist you and can be reached via email at [email protected]. For a faster resolution kindly specify your order number in the subject line.

Please note:

a)      If on a rare chance you receive any damaged/defective product please send an email at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly.  Your refund will be done as NEFT for payments made through ‘cash on delivery' mode, and if your payment is made through credit/ debit card or any net banking then the amount is credited back to your account from which the payment was made.

b)      Your returns must reach our Return Cell with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.

c)      Your returns not validated by our Quality team will be shipped back to you on to pay basis as per your request received via email.

e)      You can also contact our Customer Service, we will pick up the faulty goods by courier.

f)       In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To cancel the contract and return the purchased product complete the statement of withdrawal, pack complete product together with the invoice, then send it back to our address.
